I first found out about this site because my kids’ schools are using it to schedule volunteers and then I tried it out myself for a designer project we are doing at CUDigitals.
It’s SO easy and it’s free! Simply create the sign up form with the dates that you need to fill, choose options such as the ability for people who sign up to swap spots and how far in advance you want a reminder sent and then invite people to go to the digital sign up sheet. I simply provided a link to the sign up to our designers.
You will get an email when a slot is filled and you will not have to send reminders for people who have signed up. It’s wonderful – maybe it will work for projects you are working on.
